With over 25 years from international management consulting and experience of advising senior leaders across both public and private sectors, I bring a deep commitment to leadership development, strategic insight, and long-term client partnership.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with C-level executives to support transformation, team development and leadership growth. One of my most rewarding assignments was with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where I coached department heads and divisional CIOs as part of a multi-year leadership journey. This included facilitating strategic workshops, supporting role transitions, and helping leaders align their teams around shared goals and values. The impact was not only operational, it strengthened leadership confidence and cohesion across the organization.

My background includes extensive work in executive advisory, cross-functional leadership and organizational development. I have supported leaders in navigating complex challenges, from post-merger integration to agile adoption and governance reform. I understand the importance of trust, clarity and empathy in executive coaching, and I take pride in helping leaders succeed not just in their roles, but in their broader professional journey.

Beyond delivery, I have held commercial and client relationship responsibilities, including account leadership for major Nordic clients in finance, energy, and government.
